Racist staff. Selectively security safe. Clearly choose when to follow protocol and when not to. I?ve worked retail before I know. When people are collecting order on click and collect, you always verify ID and ask for security code or to show email or something. Myself and another woman got to the store 10 mins before it was to close. The cashier shouted our last names to another colleague who then brought two parcels. The woman in front of me who was collecting first was given her parcel, no questions asked. When mine was given to me( I am a black female) the woman very quickly asked for a 4 digit code. I gave it to her and left. Why wasn?t the other woman ( white lady) asked for the pin too? I felt very uncomfortable and subjected to racial discrimination. Not happy with that interaction. H&M do better
