ordered online, DO NOT BOTHER. i ordered 4 things, only 2 came so i wrung up the place there was a nice lady on the phone who said that if i ordered some crisps that i would get the stuff i was missing without charge and some freebies. perfect, so i did just that except my sister added two more items on the order which i thought they would be smart enough to know that the order with the crisps would obviously be the women who was just on the phone saying she was gonna order the crisps to get her previous missing order. I was very wrong. The order came with only my sisters food which was dry and unenjoyable, no sight of my missing food and on top of that they didnt even get me my crisps that i paid for in the delivery. Never again so disappointed.

Very busy on weekend. Staff acts like deaf specially towards delivery drivers. Some of them are good but mostly are lazy and too slow.
Can't keep up with restocking.
Need huge improvement.
Visit way too often as a delivery driver.

If this was the only Greggs that I had been in most certainly would not go back,
Food luke warm must have been cooked a long time before I purchased its just kept in the display staff miserable the impression I got they don't want to be there been in other branches where you get a smile and the food is hot.
I don't recommend the Stevenage town centre branch, I did have the Greggs app on my phone but since the two last visits taken it off

Each time I call into town. Greggs text me. The number is blocked. How is this happening. Scammers should be shameful tracking openly and harassing AVOID telling these people anything. No respect for customer will go somewhere else from now onwards

The staff here are amazing. It?s a busy Greggs but they always deal with the queues admirably and are always friendly!

Tepid vegan sausage roll and cold cheese and onion slice at peak lunch time!The 3rd time in a row that my food has barely been warm. I don't know anyone who enjoys the feeling of congealed palm oil coating the roof of their mouth and lips.Come on you should be able to do better!

Greggs, what can I say its a greggs, shame the orders are a tad inconsistent when ordering online but it's not too big of a deal.

Had a bargain breakfast roll and coffee, only £2-70! While I was there, there was an altercation with an awkward customer but the staff handled it well!
