5 stars is well deserved for George and the team at GO !! ?I?ve traded for almost 21 years and used GO right back at the start of owning my own card and balloon shop. Often needing helpful advise on product , Beverley was the person I could rely on for her knowledge of product and colours, even at a time when it was fashionable to have balloons but not to the extent it is now ! She was a star ?Being able to call and ask for the order and for it to be sent out was great too , was always welcomed by Lou, Lottie and Kevin with such friendly chat and service. Had to get tech savvy in the latter years and order online , which I was hesitant with at first , but hey , no such thing as ?can?t ? ?.. I mastered it ?Nothing is ever too much trouble , always had my orders fulfilled, credits raised where necessary and speedy delivery!George , every credit to you for your wonderful business and the lovely team you have, your dedication and passion for your work is inspiring and I wish you all continued success for the future ?Tracey McComb , Charisma Cards & Balloons

???????????????I want to give a big shout out to Go International for their great customer service today.They went above and beyond to help make a nightmare with foil numbers into a less stressful situation and helped me as best they can.I'm still very nervous buying foil numbers and will always where possible buy them in person and pick of shelf rather than order for delivery.They didn't believe I would write a post so I hope they see this???????????????

Used to buy my balloons from here, but had issues with the manager George Oustayiannis accusing me of stealing helium from their company! it?s a shame because the rest of the staff who work there are really helpful and it lets down the whole place having one bad apple.

George has been super super helpful whenever I?ve needed advice or ordering help. When our gas supplier couldn?t supply to us anymore, we contacted GO and George put us at ease straight away in how to source helium as we were a customer already. We have been purchasing stock from GO for 12 years now and wouldn?t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys ??

I cannot rate the Customer Service I have received from Go International highly enough. George listened to the problems I was facing and really helped me source the products I needed quickly and effectively so I could continue providing a great service to my own customers and meet deadlines. The wide range of products available for both my floristry and balloon needs has been great and taken so much stress off me.

I have used this company for a while now and they are great. Website is brilliant, they have so much choice and ordering is so easy. Every delivery I've had is so quick, always comes the next day and they have saved me numerous times when I've needed something quickly. If there is ever an issue with something I've ordered, they call straight away and sort it out for me, they are friendly and helpful and their service is excellent, I can't fault it at all. I also called one time after I'd placed the order and asked if I could come and collect from them directly which they sorted out for me. Thank you so much!

We have been using GO International for 30 years ever since they were working above the chip shop in Hitchin the service supplied then and now is amazing, nothing is ever to much and the staff are great when ever you have a question.Highly recommend George and his staff and will be using them for many years to come.
