I came to this store on 25th August to look for a new settee. I had explored other local stores to no avail and not much in the way of customer service. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michael who went over and above to help me find the perfect settee. I was even served coffee and hot cookies. Absolute first class experience!

Michael was so helpful & knowledgeable. Initially assisted me over the phone & made it easy. I went in to sign the agreement & met Michael in person with my husband. He was so friendly, helpful and made a great tea & coffee with cookies! Michael explained the product & how to care for it then arranged a super fast delivery. Michael Hackworthy is a very accommodating and approachable person and he helps us with everything we need. He even offered us some coffee and cookies multiple times. He is popular due to his personality of how he entertains the customer. Very knowledgeable and we spent time with him for over 3 hours until we were done with our transaction.
