Went to do wheel?s alignment been treated with no respect , no recipe for the tracking was provided as the machine was broken . Avoid this garage and the people how are working there (specially Chris ) as they can be aggressive if they don?t like what they hear

Very professional staff. Did my interim service here and they explained everything to me and did not push for any upsales. Friendly staff. Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Only paid £125 for my Peugeot 308 Diesel. Can definitely recommend this business

Laid back staffing, friendly, helpful. Easy parking. Said it as it was and priced for the worst scenario and best outcome. Waiting area. Close to shops such as M&S and restaurants. Easy public transport if you have to leave your car there. Easy walk into town. And when you're done, there's even a hand car wash close by.

Been here multiple times, they never can seem to assist with any problems I have. Long times before you can get booked in . Last time I went in got quoted £300 for some replacement only to but quoted £180, by a different garage for the same works. Not sure how they always so busy.

I put my car in for mot it failed I arranged for them to do the work ,they went above and beyond for me even giving me lifts back and forth.Cannot fault them in any way all work was done within 5 hours amazing service all round,thankyou

not sure what is worse the service or the road leading into the garage off the roundabout which has lots of deep and long potholes and probably does more damage to your car so its not worth risking the damage to take it into them into for a service or mot

Called on Saturday morning about my subaru sti to ask if they could change 2 front discs, pads and a coolant flush and refresh. They asked the manager who said no problem and to bring it down right away. Took it down 20mins later and spoke to the guy on the reception who was polite and asked if I could also have the Aircon serviced if they had time as why not for the 3 weeks of heat the UK get. The chap said it would be done today or tomorrow and I said I'm off 3 days anyway so no rush. The today it wasn't touched and then the Sunday I awaited a call to tell me it was finished....nothing. called up to be greeted with the breaks will be fitted just before close and the aircon Monday morning but they won't flush the coolant and replace it..I told the guy that's the main reason it was booked in.he said he would have to speak to the manager tomorrow and see why but as its not a "normal" car they aren't used to them systems. Now when I booked it in HE ASKED THE MANAGER who said bring it down. I would have gone elsewhere if I was told they didn't know how to do it and not wasted 2 days without my car AND £20 in uber fares back and forward. He said he would have a word with him again but couldn't promise anything which is zero use to me as that was the main reason for attending. Me telling them I'm off 3 days is fine but not calling me to do the most important thing I asked for was just a way of getting an easy aircon fill and brake change payment and then leave me standing there with them asking for money and a coolant job that will need another garage to do costing me more time i dont have. Picked the car up and told them not to do any work to it and I'm going to find a garage who actually contacts customers to let them know what's happening. All could have been resolve with simple contact. Avoid.Funny how a subaru wrx you cant change coolant on when the company is called formula one...Telling me you will ask again and can't see why not and can't give me a yes or no after all this is madness. Let's guess if I have to wait another day is just not happening.

Actually visit the car wash. Superb service. If there's a queue don't worry they have all hand on deck and you move quickly and efficiently

Complaint written and submitted to HO on 23 April, no response (it's 14 May). Car kept for 8 days awaiting a new light, car returned with cover missing and price based on removing the bumper, I later found out the bumper was not removed to replace the light.

I had my car MOT today and the always friendly manager fixed a simple failure item ( rear seatbelt ) free of charge for a Pass with 3 recommendations which I will amend in the coming weeks ..... This is why I always use the Stevenage branch for all my motoring needs and recommend the company to family and friends .From a again Happy customer .
