F1 Autocentres on Boulton Road in Stevenage (and sometimes Welwyn Garden City) are my go-to guys for anything car related. Today I had a puncture, called it in and they fitted me in today and had it fixed pretty much straight away - circa less than an hour. Stuart - your customer service skills and knowledge of anything car related are outstanding. And the blonde haired gent that fixed the tyre (sorry I didn't get your name bud) spot on! The professionalism and efficiency of the team are always immediately evident. The puncture was repaired swiftly, allowing me to get back on the road without delay. Thank you, Stuart, and the team, for making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

I have always used formula one and never had a bad experience until this time.After my Ford come up with 'engine service now', I obviously took it in for an engine service. After them telling me nothing wrong with the car, the engine light and service advisement light came on again, a few times. I took it back again to have them fix the issue as clearly nothing was picked up on before.This Sunday my car completely packed up. Engine gone, cambelt gone, and possibly turbo.RAC recovery told me that the engine had not been checked properly in July and the belt had been covered in oil and this lead to it leaking in the engine. Due to the mileage on the car, this was an obvious problem that should have been easily picked up on without looking at the car.I am now having to fork out THOUSANDS of pounds replacing the engine, among other things, because this simple issue wasn't picked up on by their qualified mechanics.The oil late came up on the car for a maximum of 2 minutes before the engine packed in and I was left on the A1M for almost 7 hours because of this fault.I'd have taken it back to this garage, but if they couldn't pick up on something apparently this simple, I wouldn't trust them fixing a Lego set, let alone my engine.Invoice was checked and no advisory for cambelt to be changed or engine issues displayed.If you want your car to actually run permanently. Be advised, take it elsewhere.

Horrible service. My MOT was booked with weeks in advance. I left the keys at the reception and when I was waiting for the taxi to take me home they gave me the keys back because the "only person" that does MOT was sick. Not an apology or trying to give me an appointment for the next day. I will never use this service again.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. I rang them to book MOT. They booked me in for 3PM. As usual, I set a reminder on my calendar so I'm sure 100% it was 3PM. I was there at 2.55pm they said I was booked for 2.45pm not 3pm and there was nothing they could do. Someone misled me and now I am without MOT and without a car for 2 weeks!!!

Paid for 2no tyres online (good price)Booked car appointment 10.45 arrived 10.40Had meeting 11am and 2pm so left car with operativesWent to pick up car 1.30 and was informed only 1no tyre had been deliveredHad to wait until 3.30 for car and cancel meetingAll I can say Not good
