My experience in this shop is worst I have ever had . I wanted to change AirPods as I had got wrong ones I was told by manager I couldn?t as box has been open. I said fair enough was my fault.After talking to other people or read online I decided to ring EE to see if this is correct or any think they can do the agent on phone said she would write something on my account to go back to shop I had no idea what she put.I went back to shop I was told by manager why did I ring EE for I have got her in trouble I shouldn?t of done this now you have got what you want she said I have played the system.she was really horrible all I did was ring EE to see if they can help.she took the AirPods and says she has canceled them I tried to say thank you for help she said don?t thank me you have got me in trouble
