Maybe wipe the tables clean first, before asking me to sign in into your slow Wi-Fi network so you can sell my details for profits. These kinds of evil exploiting corporations should know better than that. We will vote with our wallets!

Toilets were out of order which was awkward but otherwise. Good friendly staff . The 3 star overall rating was due to the inconvenience

As always, excellent customer service at this Costa. Staff always cheerful and friendly. I have to single out Ioana. She always remembers my preferred drink, even though I'm not a regular.
