Was not busy when i was there. Staff were very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly and the layout accommodates a pushchair to navigate to a table. And in and out of the store.

The worst costa i have ever been too, workers standing around talking instead of serving the long queue. I asked for a flat white to takeaway, I ended up with coffee water flat white. No taste of coffee, Absolutely disgusting and a waste of my money. If I could give it a half a star or zero star I would. Sort your shop out.

white americano it was awfulfull water.coffee.two drops of cold milkThey always need to know the level of water put into the coffee.I see this as Costa Coffe's general problem.

Been a few times now and always had a fairly good experience here.It's always busy here and sometimes it can be a long wait for food and drinks but the staff are very helpful and pleasant.The atmosphere here is always busy The service is always good also.All in all a fairly decent coffee shop to visit.

This is a great Costa in the lovely Stevenage Old Town. The drinks are always made perfectly, the staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcomed. The cafe is clean and tidy. They also have some outdoor tables which are nice to use in warmer weather.

Staff member told me that the shop was busy. There were 10 customers including me. 6 seated amongst dirty messy tables and 3 queuing.This was our go-to coffee place. Costa now needs to up it's game: there are new cafes on the high street where staff will bring food and drink to the table and keep things clean.Sadly not my first poor Costa experience over recent weeks.Dietary restrictions: The is an improving vegan range
