I went in there to get a baby chino and baby chinos are free so I went to get one they said it was 60 p to me and then my mom went in and she got it for free they were tying to take the mik out of me

Although I love Costa coffee, I'm not a fan of the Stevenage High Street branch, too many girls behind the counter and only 1 lady clear ing / cleaning tables (she was obviously foreign but was the only one who had a smile on her face and actually interacted with me ... so thank you, lovely lady!)

As other reviewers have mentioned, it?s the friendliness of staff that keep me coming back to this branch regularly. Glad they got more outside seating now too. Never had any issues with cleanliness.

Asked for a takeaway latte and cheese toast, was given a cup, when I asked for a take away cup, the attendant looked at me like I swore at her. If you?re not happy in your profession, change it.
