Visited the store today 4/8 with my son riley, I am really sorry I cant remember the name of the lady who helped us ( short hair and glasses) but she was fantastic. She was very informative and gave us tips with the shoes as our son has to wear splints, he also had additional needs and usually hates to have to sit still but she was fantastic and we got everything sorted without any major meltdown! Thank you for all your help

Bought foam insoles from Clarks, £5. A week later they're torn up from walking! Charging more than Shoe Zone's foam insoles is ridiculous when the quality is somehow worse

Hardly any mens shoes in the shop, meaning not much of a choice. In this day and age you expect a shop to carry a reasonable amount of stock or you go elsewhere. I did buy a pair of shoes but they were not on show! If they want customers they will have to give us choice, if not I will go elsewhere. Not good enough.

I took my grandson into the stevenage store today to get his feet measures for his first pair of shoes the lady (didn't catch her name) was so helpful and lovely and so apologetic that there wasn't any shoes his size in stock but explained how to order them online, will definitely be returning

I was greeted by Dan on arrival who was very helpful and patient with my autistic son. He offered to measure his feet and wrote the sizes down for me as they 2 different sizes! He then went away and got many options for my son to try! He also consulted with a colleague who was also very helpful - a Scottish lady but i didn't catch her name. All in all a very positive experience
