Asked for a refund for 2 games I bought and got told I could only get a voucher. Very unprofessional staff, one just stood there and laughed and grinned at me thinking it was funny. Very odd staff members there, won?t be spending anymore money in a CEX again. Very strange not giving people a refund like 95% of all other shops.

Amazing store for all the who DVDs and especially have mainly most off the rare ones this store in my honest opinion is better then Cambridge and Huntingdon by miles
Hate too say but this store has gone down hill alot went too sell a blu ray few months back and cause off one minor disc scratch even though it was taken off cex website and removed my review ? it wasn't accepted only until i stated it was brought online they allowed with luck a refund on that behalf never again will i buy anything from this company??

Ordered stuff online to be shipped to my house a few months back always say in stock when really isn?t since bought a Skylanders giants legendary triple pack 5 days after paying not shipped so emailed turns out it?s not there didn?t get apology all I got was a lousy voucher back

Went in to sell an iPhone for cash in store. Hardly took more than 30 minutes for the whole process. The guy serving me was really polite and nice as well (dark hair, beard).

Its a very good shop as when i go in there I always find a classic DVD or blu ray that I've been after for a long time + the price is right too as hmv & Amazon are either to much or don't have them in store. The staff are very helpful & kind as well also the prices are reasonable too

Wouldn?t give refund on broken controller even though 1. IT WAS BROKEN WHEN BOUGHT but they said it had no issues and 2. I was returning with in 48 hours of my purchase which their official website says I can get a refund on any unwanted item broken or not.

If going to find something specific then it might have been better. But as I just popped in to have look, its arranged for quantity and so didn't buy anything
