“Can’t recommend this store enough. I visited after being told by another store that the phone I required was in stock here. It was, but the exchange process that I had been informed of, wasn’t quite accurate. Joao was phenomenal, he sought advice, corrected all of the issues I had, talked me through every stage of the transaction and even stayed 30 minutes after closing, whilst we waited for my phone to transfer to the new phone. He is an asset to Vodafone, class customer service, couldn’t fault him, thank you Joao!!”
