RAW CHICKEN IN MY BEEF BURGER.
I took a couple bites and then caught something slimes and weird and upon spitting it out I found a peice of raw chicken.
The staff were very rude and tried denying it, attempting to say it was a tomato. They never apologised and I had to ask for a refund.
I no longer trust the food safety standards here as this was 100% raw chicken in my cooked beef burger. I am stuck on the toilet now and feel sick to the stomach.
I no longer recommend eating here purely because you can't trust the safety of the food. Staff must be poorly trained in customer service and in basic hygiene and safety practices.
I will be looking into where and who to report this to so an investigation can be triggered to stop this happening to someone else.

New visit update:
No sharer box option on self serve kiosk.
No option to pay by cash on kiosk.
People who pay at till do not get loyalty points, WHY?
Got charged for a dip despite not asking for one and the sharer box coming with 2.
Filthy tables.
Freezing cold restaurant.
Burger so cold in the middle the cheese wasn't even melting.
Watered down freestyle drinks.
Definitely avoiding this branch despite the previous good visit. Clearly gone backwards.
Quite busy for a change! Seem to have more staff now which is good. Sadly an obsession with getting people to order on the self serve terminals. Couldn't get the same order on the self serve terminal as on the App so had to use both! Had to then goto the till to get my discount!
Menu is now not displayed on the over head screens which is very annoying and they also clear your order as being ready as soon as it comes onto the collection screen, absute nightmare for people like myself who are hard of hearing.
Freestyle drinks were flat and warm but food was good.

A very conveniently located popular fast food chain. The order on the tablet was quick and the food arrived promptly. The car park can get extremely busy.
Vegetarian options: If you require a specialised menu item please speak with a member of staff.
Dietary restrictions: Consult with a crew member if you have specific diet needs.
Parking: It can become full pretty quickly.
Kid-friendliness: There is a set menu dedicated to kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp access.

They Gave my food to someone else. When the lady said this isnt my meal Then tried giving me that same meal when the lady returned it. She ate the chips. When I did get my food, it was stone cold. Staff was very poor 3 people serving 1 customer. Waited over 5 mins to get served.
Stay well clear of letchworth branch very poor direction, staff had no clue what to do. There was only 6 of us in the whole restaurant. Speaks volumes.
I would give this a minus star if it would let me.
