Delivery men very pleasant and accommodating. They had to carry the king size mattress from the van down a slope to the rear of the flats, carry it up several flights of stairs to my flat and then up more stairs to my bedroom. They were amazing!

I have been waiting for my bed to be delivered for over 3 months, now the date has been extended again. I have asked for a refund several times via email, Twitter, messenger with excuse after excuse. Shameful company,first and last time I will be ordering anything from them ! My advice avoid !

Absolutely awful customer service. They delivered the incorrect mattress, admitted they had just grabbed a "random one" but are refusing to deliver the correct one or even acknowledge it 2 weeks later.

Absolutely awful customer service. Wrong bed delivered (deliberately as they couldn't find the right one in the warehouse). Impossible to contact customer service and generally treated extremely poorly.

Would have been a 5 as the staff were really pleasant and apologetic for the fact that I couldn't sort out my issue as I ordered my bed online. Seems a bit daft to me but wasn't the staffs fault
