Went into boots for an eyebrow tint & wax today the lovely aleks done my eyebrows amazing once again she is so lovely and amazing at her job we also have great conversations and she leaves you with the most beautiful eyebrows 5 starts from me will 100% be going to her again

I visited the benefit stand in boots stevenage on Friday 21st and was served by Pat. I explained to her that I was struggling to find a foundation perfect for my skin type. Straight away she gladly sat me down and started preparing my skin. As she was working on me, I also explained I was not very experienced with knowing how to do make up to suit my face. She completely understood and reassured me that together we would find the right products for me and as she applied each product she explained and showed me the best techniques. I left the store feeling confident and amazing. I have never experienced customer service like this before and I am so grateful she was there that day.Thank you Pat from boots stevenage xx
