Not fit for purpuse - consistently, continuously and constantly almost impossible to get an appointment. You get sent to A & E or urgent trauma medical care, where the tannoy is telling you to leave if not waiting for treatment - like a war zone.

Joined the surgery recently, front of house receptionist were very helpful, was this nice lady( think her name is Sonia) who was very friendly and approachable . Had a nice experience so far.

If I could give zero stars I would. This GP practice is beyond appalling and substandard. The GP's are terrible, in particular Dr Yeturi, who dismisses patients and seems to have no time or interest in listening to patients, and recommends sub-par treatment . She is terrible and I'm surprised she has not been responsible for any patient deaths yet. Equally Dr Khanuja who is rude, abrasive, dismissive and condescending. The only GP's who are good are Dr Raveendren, Dr Ja, Dr Manga and Dr Bell. I have been experiencing pain for the past 10 weeks and I have called and spoken to at least 5 or 6 GP's, most of who have done little to nothing to help investigate or figure out the problem. Dr Bell was the 4th GP I spoke to and she was he first to try and refer me for an US, but unfortunately this was rejected. Then I saw Dr Manga who finally sent me for blood tests, which they claim looked fine. I had to persistently call every week to get any of the doctors to actually take action. I then spoke to Dr Gupta who referred me to a different speciality but this referral could take months. She also suggested that I get a private US, which to me is insulting because why should I have to pay privately for a service which I pay for with my NI contributions and taxes. I tried one more time today and had the displeasure of speaking to Dr Dr Khanuja, who was dismissive and acted as though I was wasting their time because I had spoken to his colleague just a week ago. Instead of actually listening to me Dr Khanuja was rude argumentative, and said that "I don't pay his salary". At the end of the call he just hung up, and had no interest in helping me. I would strongly advise anyone against signing up to this practice because they absolutely will not help you, you will end up sicker or worse even losing your lives. Absolutely appalling and awful service.

Joke of of a medical center more so the doctors, no interest in their patients what so ever, apart from Dr Bell great doctor, the others have no interest at all. second from last appointment i had was told by the another doc that she had an important meeting so would have to cut short the appointment even though she was running late.... Avoid like the plaque..

All staff here are lovely and polite. I have found all reception staff, doctors and nurses to be amazing here. Very lucky to have such a wonderful surgery so local.

Utterly useless doctor told my mum to go to A&E bearing in mind she has just finished chemo can barely walk and has felt sick all day, got to her flat and she was on the floor because she is dizzy and weak called back the doctor and was advised to call an ambulance. The doctor is a 2 minute walk away. Utter joke do something for your money!

Unable to get an appointment because of their useless call on the day system so the receptionist puts me down for a phone call with the doctor who advised I need an appointment!!
