Great shop. Shame about one of the security guards. Had the worst experience today, and won?t be returning. We?ve been in a few times over the past months doing a big job building and decorating our garden room. As soon as I walked into b&q this morning I was stared at and followed down every single isle for no reason, to the point I got my phone out to film him just to see how intimidating he was being. I asked him why he was following me and my partner he said ?just doing his job? I felt like I couldn?t shop properly, it was ridiculous we started laughing but only through discomfort, it was really embarrassing I felt like I couldn?t shop properly and I felt so judged by my appearance! We had just done the school run so naturally not looking out best after a stressful morning getting the kids up and ready! When I told the cashier lady she laughed and said yeah he?s like that! he takes his job very seriously. I honestly felt harassed. Embarrassed and judged. I was only exchanging plug sockets, disgusting behaviour. We will be shopping els where to kit out and decorate our new r garden room.

After experiencing dire customer service online that went on for ages over a warranty replacement radiator I went in store and hayley and Tom were incredible sorting the issue out quickly and with ease. High5 guys!

Very large store with great stock. Unfortunately, they do not offer forklift loading, and having purchased a full pack of block paving, I had to load them onto two trolleys. Push them a fair distance to the trade checkout and wait for them to be individually counted, then push them to the parking area.This is not acceptable. In my opinion, if you're going to sell heavey palletised goods, you should load them with a fork lift.

Typical large DIY storeIt's annoying that all the escalators (up and down) now push you to the back of the shop* which is a pain when you want to leave it go to the check outs that are at the front of the shop*if didn't used to be like that!
