Great service, with a smile

Overall experience left us very underwhelmed.
For starters we had the butterfly king prawns. Described as "succulent' they were anything but. They were served with their shells on which made for a messy experience especially when you aren't given a finger bowl.
The mains were equally disappointing.
Pasta dishes supposed to be served In a rich creamy sauce, there was a severe lack of sauce and the pasta was crusty around the ends from where it looked like it had spent too long being reheated in the microwave.
The pollo milanese was dry and served with soggy tenderstem broccoli and warm chips.
We have been to this particular Ask before and the food has been much better.
Unfortunately the food was definitely not value for money.

The food is very fresh, has amazing pizza , is very tasty , has no long waiting time, service is high class ? Miguel waiter is top man very friendly and he definitely will look after you!

Very nice food served here! I had a lovely pizza and other family members also enjoyed their time here. Waiters very nice! Price was a tad bit expensive but worth it.

Calamari Large was disappointed in terms of quantity, price and taste.
The presentation of Linguine Con Fratti Di Mare and Tuscan Beef Short Rib was not impressive.
The taste of Seafood Gratin was ok but some of the potatoes were inconsistently cooked.

Food was nice, wait times were higher than expected but there was a birthday party happening next to us so imagine they just had high demand. Brought a strawberry mocktail which sounded lovely but was very bitter, like drinking lemon juice straight sadly.
Parking: Hard to find parking on Saturday afternoon, did eventually find some but I imagine the time you spend trying to find a spot is also included in the 3 hour allowance you get to park so bare that in mind!
