Free 3 hour car park. Very much appreciated in a day and era we feel like we'll be taxed for breathing soon. And the clearance food is at a decent discount, shouldn't waste so keep that going.

I had a very bad experience with my Uber Eats order from Asda yesterday. The items I received were completely wrong, and when I asked the Uber driver, he said the bag was handed to him directly by the store.
This shows a lack of care in checking and packing orders correctly. ( I have no clue if the driver needs to verify the items so at this point I am not blaming the driver)
I contacted Uber Eats support, but I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointed with Asda for handing over the wrong items.
The store should take responsibility for ensuring accuracy.

I have been unable to purchase clothing at George at Asda due to pricing problems. Customer services told me nothing could be done about it!!.
I phone today to discuss the problem, but no answer.The Stevenage store is probably the worse in the country.

Asda are a good store. My only disappointment is that they seem to have fairly high staff turnover.

Extremely Disappointed with Service
I had a terrible experience at this Asda store. A security guard treated me appallingly, even going as far as to take my Healthy Start card and refuse to return it. She also wouldn?t allow me to pay for my shopping and seemed intent on scaring my young son for no reason. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting. The staff?s behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for.

First Flu jab cancelled with zero communication. Second one I arrived at store to be told by the pharmacist that he wasn't trained to administer the injection however I could book for the following week if I wanted. Third attempt still no communication and cancelled again!!! Farcical given the two cancelled slots were available for people to book again immediately after I was notified .... extremely poor so sticking to Tesco from now on. Stevenage Asda - totally unreliable.

I visited this branch yesterday and not been able to find the products I was looking for asked a member of staff who was picking a customer order she immediately stopped and said she would show me where they were she even checked the use by dates and explained the way the shelf was stacked, sadly the only thing is they put the vegan version of a brand along side the meat which caused some confusion as the packaging is the same apart from the word vegan so if in a hurry you could pick up the wrong one in error.
After a couple of recent visits taken some stars away I am not a great fan of these self service tills found the two that actually have a human only to find both ques slow staff talking to friends someone suggested that I try the customer service desk oh my the same thing que getting longer as the two staff members chatted to a regular customer so ended up using the dreaded self service till ? Recite comes out at knee level below the scanner why that low

Don't use the pay at pump as they are not refunding the £99 they hold from your account, can take up to 5 working days. No excuse for this whatsoever as other supermarkets refunding immediately

Card only tills that say cash and card above them, then the staff talk to you like you're stupid because apparently it says card only somewhere else and they can't even be bothered to put a bit of tape over the sign.

Went to the express diner 1st tables were all dirty, 2nd staff fave our order to someone else no complimentary side or anything to say sorry, 3rd flies everywhere and bins were full. no manners. Won't be eating there again

Getting ridiculous only ONE self service till accepting cash on Friday afternoon.
Spent 25min waiting to pay when the other 10 -15 tills are empty but none of them accepting cash
