A cashier always makes a supermarket. Ours on this day was great. I didn't know her name but I know she wears Lipstick 118 (don't ask lol) such a lovely lady.

Nice big shop, let down by car park and entertance

This store layout is now right up to date with the newer Letchworth branch, but the car park is too small. There are chill cabinets immediately by the doors which means when you are browsing, you block the entrance. In the freezer aisle, there are always pallets and cages where they always seem to be short on stock. But there is a lady on the till there, who is always so friendly and always laughing. She's great and I always try and queue at her till! I don't know her name, but the manager should give her an award because she always makes you go away from the shop in a good mood. There needs to be more like her because grocery shopping can be so tedious. Overall, a fairly good experience!
