As we were first time buyers we were completely new to the process we were pretty nervous and didn?t know what to expect from the whole processes. We met Jack who was so lovely and explained the whole mortgage process to us, he was very reliable and communicative. He really took the time to explain everything to us and answer all the questions we had. We enjoyed speaking to Zac who was super friendly and very knowledgeable, he really made us feel at ease whilst searching for properties, which really made us feel like we weren?t alone in the process.

Great service from both Nick and Lucy. Both very responsive and personable in their approach which has been appreciated.Lucy in particular in the final few months of the process was excellent - she was in contact with me on a daily basis providing me with updates and chasing down solicitors. Couldn't recommend Lucy highly enough!

Jack @ Mortgage Services in St Albans office has helped us through all the processes from start to end. He was very open about any risk on the way and he gave us a lot of choices of different products. Jack Cutmore from William H Brown has been outstanding. I am so happy to have such a professional person working through such a difficult process with. I have been so difficult- asking Jack for unrealistic requests and he has gone above and beyond to achieve every single one of them. I would not move to another company despite changing location of property. I would highly recommend Jack and this company because he is truly outstanding and has an outstanding work ethic. I had the very emotional job of selling my late mother's property in 2021. Having passed through two different agents who had failed to sell (even when several buyers were close to the point of exchange, only for key information that wasn't shared by these agents from the outset putting said buyers off), by mid-2022 we were in a quandry as a family so decided to give William H Brown a try. I met with Zac and Lucy, who sold the vision to me and I was convinced by their ability to sell my property. It was in need of some repair, yet they saw through what was needed and remained certain the right buyer was out there. They duly delivered. I was informed throughout the process of potential buyers, what they wanted, what I could do to improve in the property to aid the sale, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff in the St.Albans branch - from Adam, who helped conduct viewings, Jack who supported the buyers from the mortgage side, to Zac, Lucy and Nicola, all so very helpful. We got there in the end, thanks to this fabulous team of people helping us all along the way. Thanks, guys! Five stars.
