I've written to the CEO as can't get a reasonable response from anyone.
Don't use wickes for a bathroom Install.
They have messed me around for
Months, haven't delivered the goods after having moved the install date and delivery date without even informing me.
They have now (today)1 week away from the install, told me it's been cancelled and can't install for 6 months.
Total joke, total cowboys.
Avoid at all costs.

Not too impressed, many items on display have no price indicators. I chose some wooden dowel that did have a price of £3.10 only to find it was £4.60 at the Till, so back it went!
Items that do have prices are way over priced compared with elsewhere, so I will shop at Toolstation and B&Q in future.

I have received a £170 over stayed parking fine in this store. To be honest I didn?t even notice that there was a limit at this car park. It was a long shopping list for over 60 items, plus the cashier who was not very friendly but very slow and made a fuss about my membership card at the check out. I wrote to the customer service, they asked me to send copies of shopping receipt and parking fine notice, and then stated they can?t do anything about it?! Plus two refunds are still pending from December last year. My family does building maintenance work and we are regularly customers, but from my recent experience, we won?t use Wickes any more in the future.

Ordered a click and collect with instructions to check in when in the collection space. Waiting 5 minutes and got a message to say I had to go into the store to get it.

Received a parking fine for staying over 90 minutes when at Wickes that whole time for a bathroom design appointment. No one warned us of this time limit when booking the appointment, neither did the staff on the day at Wickes who based on when we arrived would have known we were going to stay too long. Contacted Wickes customer service and told to follow instructions on the fine letter! I definitely won't be getting my new bathroom from Wickes now.
Edit got reply below asking me to contact Wickes giving the impression they would help, contacted via website and just got an identical copy and paste reply from customer services saying they won't do anything. Why waste my time as well as my money?

I bought 2 fence panels in June. Both have split! I sent an email with pictures but don?t have order number or receipt. Surely they keep records of their sales? I spent £25 per panel and £7 delivery fee- normally well with it but not this time. I won?t be getting fence panels from Wicks anymore
