I love the fishes and the staff are very helpful. Also the best selection of books of any Waterstones stores I’ve visited.

I was here to meet a friend for conversation and beverages, though could not resist browsing the books too.
Waterstones feels like an intelligent-but-no-pressure place to be, which feels good. It's relaxed and has chill vibes. The service behind the till is a little slow, but I guess they're slaves to the coffee... read full comment
