We came after lunch peak, the place was nearly empty.
We had a couple of ramens and a noodle dish.
The staff were super nice, and the ramens were better than the average for the chain.

Food consistently good but service can be really hit and miss and sometimes a reflection of staff that seem genuinely unhappy to be there.

As usual a great evenings supper but the highlight was to be recognised & greeted by a member of staff on arrival (Andrew) who also remembered some of the dishes we always order. It felt like we were dining in a small family business not the conglomerate that is Wagamama's. Well done to all the guys who served us tonight.

Service and atmosphere were pretty good no faults to say. Ordered the yasai yaki soba noodles but unfortunately have to rate this as 4 stars. The tofu was definitely not fresh, it was hard and chewy. Everything else about the dish was great.

The food was delicious and served on time.
Waiters went above and beyond to make sure that my friends and I were having a great time.
There were 8 of us and they didn't get our orders mixed up.
They are WAGA-FAB.

Waited 2 hours for a takeaway and still didn't receive anything. Absolutely shocking customer service. Orders should not be accepted if they cannot be fulfilled.
Will not order from them again. There are plenty of excellent alternatives in the area.

Poor service, little atmosphere. Very noisy. Food always comes out at different times so can't always eat together. Went for a birthday and felt would be better elsewhere.
Kid-friendliness: Could be better.

We had a lovely meal this evening for a friends birthday and our waitress (Georgia?), blond hair, was superb, welcoming and went above and beyond. She deserves a bonus! Thank you for such an amazing service.

Absolutely amazing service, right from our arrival. The team were on hand when my dad was choking and very fast at getting a glass of water. My daughter's 17th birthday celebrations last week and I couldnt have hoped for a better service.
