After being advised via email (and told we couldn't see products in person) we purchased a batbroom. The experience was very good but ruined at the very end. Once our plumber fit the basin and tap (both beautiful products) we noticed the tap projection was very short, making washing hands very uncomfortable and messy, with water splashing at the back and hands hitting the basin. We sent an email and video explaining the issue, only to be told the products are compatible and past the return time of 28 days (note the flat is under renovation so the bathroom was in the original packaging for 1 month waiting its turn).

We have bought tiles for several projects from here.Most recently we were looking for some replacements for a couple of cracked tiles, for something we did 15 years ago. Whilst they did not have any stock themselves they engaged in a series of exchanges with the manufacturers in Italy and suggested some alternate UK sources.Definitely service above and beyond.Thank you very much

I never knew this place excited . I Googled tile shops in St Albans and Verulam tiles popped up. Would Highly recommend, the staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We bounced ideas around and finally ordered our tiles. Happy Lady I am.

Great service from Spencer when we realised that we had ordered too few tiles to complete our bathroom job. Spencer shuttled between the St Albans and Hemel showrooms (twice) to sort out the problem such that we could complete the job whilst we still had the tiler on site. Thanks Spencer !

Outstanding service and great range of products. This shop has been my go-to place whenever I needed tiles for the past 10 years.The service is brilliant with people genuinely interested in helping you and your project. I received great advice about design: where to put what pattern, how to keep withing my budget while making the walls look stunning, how to lay the tiles so that the grouting line looks aligned, what to put on the floor and how to look after the product (I chose natural stone) etc.A special mention goes to Kim and Martin, thank you for all your patience, professional advice and many phone calls to help my project become reality. My tiled areas look stunning thanks to your advice!
