my experience at travis for two and a half years since I've been going to this branch in St Albans is very disappointing, the staff leave much to be desired, they don't offer you help because the products are heavy, they can't lift .to be served, I don't even say anymore, they have time to drink their coffee and talk to each other, in the morning when you turn up, you wait 10, 15 minutes until your gate is opened , things are moving very slowly
