Spent over 2 hrs driving to store this morning, have used topps for Over 20years , asked nicely if can use the toilet. (Have done this 100s of times before) . Staff looked disgusted and refused me, when I said normally it would be fine they wasn't happy. The amount I spend in topps a year every year and to have a little thing like this happen is just a joke. Never experienced feeling like u not wanted as much as today from the staff. Maybe my business should go Elsewhere.
