Took out a contract for a new iPhone for my daughter. Excellent customer service from day 1 at the St Alban's store! Ben is probably the most helpful person I have ever come across. Came here to take out a new contract (as the old one had expired) and to upgrade my phone. A Sunday morning, so thankfully no wait, and the model I wanted (iPhone 15 Pro) was in stock.I was dealt with by Yaz (Yazdan), who was very knowledgeable and assured. Everything was well explained and my experience exceeded my expectations. Great job!

This company has a dreadful infrastructure that you will be subjected to once sales is done with you. Here?s a redacted list of issues I encountered whenever more support is needed than just providing a signal (which incidentally is not strong enough to work in the store. How embarrassing)?Promised that the phone would work abroad on their partner networks. This is a lie and no amount of troubleshooting while on holidays will fix it. Save yourself the trouble and get a SIM.?When renewing the contract promised that the old phone number would port over within a day. It took more than a week and meant that no online transactions could be verified. While visiting the store multiple time subsequently I heard this promise being made over and over. It is a lie as there is a long list of customers who could not be moved in time.?I was rolled into a business account without my knowledge and the website was not connected to my accounts properly so I could not pay without visits to the store.?I was promised a refund of 52 pounds for my troubles but. Wver received it as managers changed and they no longer could access my old account.?I have made numerous trips to the St Albans store and been promised something every time that never materialised including calls back and resolution of problems.It?s just a rubbish company and it?s the cheapest for a reason. All they have is a signal. Good luck accessing it

very rude new manager there who always interrupts me and other staff members talking when i come into the store. He has no manners. and really should not be a manager of a store when he does not know how to behave to customers. I joined 3 because the staff were nice in store. now the store has changed and has awful management its not a nice environment for customers. And will be changing phone companies

Surprisingly suboptimal customer service, made only worse by the store manager's misrepresentations and empty promises. The most frustrating thing here was the lack of empathy by the staff, including the manager for wasting my time on two occasions. Since when has Three's sale process allowed such derisory behaviours by its staff. Very disappointing indeed. You guys need to nip this in the bud before it becomes more of a widespread financial issue.
