I met Yaz who attended to me. A very great, engaging and knowledgeable guy. Took his time to explain every single detailed to me which even inspired myself and my sister to get 16 pro even though we weren?t qualified for credit checks. Stores should have people like Yaz. What a great guy!

Store manager knew exactly what was going on with my accounts and set me up with new deals to keep me up and running as I'm always losing phones , I gave him a couple of scenarios he understood my personality and then customised an order that specifically works FOR ME ! AMAZING SERVICE EVEN BETTER THAN THE BACKGROUND TEAM ON THE PHONE! ALL THE LADS ARE ALWAYS AMAZING!

I am a futurist and it was interesting talking about the movement away from Smart Phones to AR Glasses. In the future these stores will look like Spec Savers.

What an amazing person! I was just out shopping for Halloween and decided to pop into the store to take a look around. I wasn?t planning on buying anything, but Carlo provided outstanding customer service and really went above and beyond. He not only helped guide me in the right direction but also assisted me in getting a SIM card. Best customer service experience, hands down! I?ll definitely be recommending friends and family to visit Carlo. A great experience overall!

I'm afraid I have had a terrible experience with this company and shop. I had a suspicious text message on my phone one afternoon giving me a PAC code to move networks. I had not requested this so saw it as a red flag and went into the shop straight away where I was told there was no problem and 'these things happen' and to ignore this text message. I was sadly reassured by this offhand approach but shouldn't have been, as this text message was a red flag and the Three employees in the shop should have realised this. The next morning I had a further text message regarding this PAC code so called Three customer service and spoke to someone who said the PAC code had now been used so they couldn't help but that someone would look into it and contact me in the next 5 days. I went to the shop again and once again, the staff there said they couldn't help. While I called Three customer service from their shop in increasing panic, the three employees in the shop did nothing and took no interest. An hour later I was disconnected and lost all service and my telephone number which I have had for 30 years was ported to a scammer. I have since been advised that there were probably security breaches in Three and either they gave the PAC code to a scammer over the phone or it was an inside job. Either way, if someone in the shop and/or at customer services had been doing their job properly, this would not have happened and I would not have had my telephone number and part of my identity stolen. I will never use Three again and advise anyone who cares about security and customer service not to either.

i went there for to get and replace sim card .!
and i was waiting 10 minutes they said like ohh system it?s not working u got to wait 30 min to 1 hours.! i wait more than 1 hour and i went back just because they was lazy to work they said the same thing the system its not working.! it was a young guy and a girl i dont know his name .!

There was only one employee and one customer at the store. We waited more than half an hour before it was our turn. And when it was our turn, the employee told us to call support. We needed to change the sim card because it remained non-functional. I just don't know how to call support because my sim card doesn't work. Thank you very much for this help. They may know how to sell phones, but if you have a problem, they are not willing to help you!!!

Took out a contract for a new iPhone for my daughter. Excellent customer service from day 1 at the St Alban's store! Ben is probably the most helpful person I have ever come across. Came here to take out a new contract (as the old one had expired) and to upgrade my phone. A Sunday morning, so thankfully no wait, and the model I wanted (iPhone 15 Pro) was in stock.I was dealt with by Yaz (Yazdan), who was very knowledgeable and assured. Everything was well explained and my experience exceeded my expectations. Great job!

This company has a dreadful infrastructure that you will be subjected to once sales is done with you. Here?s a redacted list of issues I encountered whenever more support is needed than just providing a signal (which incidentally is not strong enough to work in the store. How embarrassing)?Promised that the phone would work abroad on their partner networks. This is a lie and no amount of troubleshooting while on holidays will fix it. Save yourself the trouble and get a SIM.?When renewing the contract promised that the old phone number would port over within a day. It took more than a week and meant that no online transactions could be verified. While visiting the store multiple time subsequently I heard this promise being made over and over. It is a lie as there is a long list of customers who could not be moved in time.?I was rolled into a business account without my knowledge and the website was not connected to my accounts properly so I could not pay without visits to the store.?I was promised a refund of 52 pounds for my troubles but. Wver received it as managers changed and they no longer could access my old account.?I have made numerous trips to the St Albans store and been promised something every time that never materialised including calls back and resolution of problems.It?s just a rubbish company and it?s the cheapest for a reason. All they have is a signal. Good luck accessing it
