If I could give minus stars I would? Went in for a simple caramel latte with oat milk, and the oat milk they gave me was rotten! They gave me oat milk in a separate cup to pour into the coffee, and there were lumps and clumps in it so it had clearly gone off for a while! And they served that to me! Then when I took it back and said ?I think the milk has gone off? the boy at the front said ?okay? and took it. I went to my seat, no one came to apologise or offer any alternatives? I should?ve actually taken a picture of what they served me and took my money for. On the way out, I mentioned again that the milk was off, and the boy said ?yeah I was going to come and find you? - but you didn?t - and there was me and one other customer in the whole building, so what were you too busy doing that you couldn?t apologise and check on someone after sending them a rotten beverage? If I could give minus stars I would? I?m surprised the building is still open? King William is probably turning in his grave at the atrocities this place is doing in his name!

Went in with my wife and daughter (in pushchair, asleep).
We were asked to leave because they didn?t want small children as they would disturb other clients!!)
That was quite a while ago, and I?ve never been back.
Pick a better pub, there are plenty of welcoming ones ?
Too large an area and no atmosphere.

Came in for an early dinner and had a fantastic time. So well taken care of throughout by Ethan, the food was delicious, service was prompt and smooth and the pub was relaxed and friendly.
