Really dissapointed with the vinyl click flooring with inbuilt underlay purchased from tapi.We purchased approx 80m square to refloor our property in order to modernise and I wish I had stuck with laminate.Whilst the experience with the store was pleasant enough, the quality of the product is way below what I would expect of vinyl flooring. Especially at the price that was paid for it.This winter, due to the cold snap, almost every room now shows signs of damage where it has contracted far more than the specifications list.This is particularly infuriating as the flooring was laid in October and ample expansion and contraction space was allowed when laying it.Additionally, the ?underlay? has completely failed in areas of high traffic causing the joints between panels to become uneven. This in turn has caused the flooring pattern on top flake and splinter along the side of the panel. Worse still, is that some areas the joint between panels has completely cracked completely.To say I?m dissapointed is an understatement. The silkaflex pour prior to laying the flooring was a nicer finish that what I?m left with after only 12 months of use.

The store is nice, staff are helpful... until you place an order and all that helpfulness goes out of the window.. for a few reasonsSome flooring you order comes from the supplier to you homeSome flooring you order has to go to the storeYou can't order it all at once, so that's two different orders, they say they take American Express but the site doesn't work.. they don't know when the order is coming, it says two day but that's only to raise the PO...Bit or a mess and not customer friendly. However the flooring option are great.

The guys are late and when you call the shop to know why and where they are, the receptionist says that you - the client - that you are mistaken and that he doesn't care about the time slot the seller gave you. Thank you guys! You're doing a great job! Plus, the receptionist yelled at me. One star just because it's the minimum you can give.
