Shocking service at the St Albans store particularly by a young girl with blond hair and glasses who was rude and unhelpful. The management were indifferent to prioritizing customer care. I have shopped weekly in this store for 11 years, based on today?s experience I will be taking my business else where.

The guy working in the make up aisle is rude and unhelpful... He also kept following me around which was very uncomfortable, the girls at the checkouts were very helpful though. Saw him do this to a couple of others, he needs some training to treat customers better.

I went to collect items I had found online and that the St Albans store had in stock and believed I'd selected Click and Collect. However, on presenting the order number, I was told it had not arrived as the default was click and order, not click and collect.I've since received an email saying the order has been picked and hopefully will be in store by 19/06/23. Crazy system, in my opinion.The staff in store were friendly and offered if I bought from instore stock when the order arrives and confirmed by email I can ring them and they'll keep the stock and refund me the purchase price. I chose to do that.Thanks to the patient checkout lady.
