Please note that this Subway store does not accept subway official app orders and does not issue refunds. However, the subway official app allows to select this shop and complete the order, which suggests that the shop should be able to complete the order!
Upon reading previous reviews, it appears that this explanation about the system having problems and not accepting app orders is a recurring issue and possibly a scam. and they don't accept any vouchers either. Additionally, the contact number for this store listed on the Subway app is invalid, concerns about the legitimacy of this shop.

Everything was perfect! All the staff were cordial, professional, polite, and kept the shop clean!Dietary restrictions: If you are Diabetic type 1, the 6-inch sub is 50 grams carbohydrates! I found the measurements on the subway website! I injected 5 units of insulin, and my blood sugar levels were fine!

I wish I could give zero stars to this particular Subway. The staff member who served me was very rude, he also tried to scam me for more money. I order a Vegan TLS foot long. The first thing that was wrong was that the sub didn?t have enough of the TLS or the veggies I asked for, and I?m saying that as a regular customer at Subway. When it came to the sauces the server was being very stingy. He only allowed me to get one sauce (garlic and herbs) at first and when I asked for the second one (teriyaki sauce), he said I will have to pay extra money for it. When I tried to fight back and he said I could have BBQ sauce instead, even though it?s not vegan?? The only reason he didn?t want me to have the sauce is because it wasn?t in his close vicinity. I gave up because I was very hungry. When I ate the Sub, it tasted horrible, the bread was as very dry and I couldn?t taste the TLS, veggies, or the sauces. I will never visit this Subway ever again.

Iwalked in and asked for Nachos. The person behind the counter who didn't really speak English said they didn't ha e any. They normally use doritos. Didn't want to serve me clearly. Idiots . Illnever go to another subway again.

It was a terrible experience! The guy who served us was on his personal phone speaking another language. Did not even put our order correctly as left my husband sandwich with different salad then requested. Very disappointed- will never visit again

Terrible customer service. Would only give me 2 lines of mayo in my sandwich which cost £8 and wouldn't double wrap the ladies in front of me sandwich as she had a walk home and didn't want it to get cold. Won't return.

To be fair they were open in the early hours serving the late night trade but with a long queue they did not warn that they were not heating any food and would only sell footlongs. You only found this out after a long wait and after having chosen something you really wanted toasting! Clearly they could have sold six inchers but were trying to maximise income. If their oven etc were broken they could have put up a sign to advise of this. Otherwise tasted pretty good and reasonable value
