Lovely location, have used this both by actually going in and on Just Eat. Excellent customer services, friendly staff, lots of options available and very clean location. Parking always available. Access for those who have needs with mobility also good.
Vegetarian options: Clearly labelled vegetarian options available.
Parking: Located next to a petrol station, there is parking and lots of it!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly location is superb.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of access to site. Parking available too for blue badge holders.

Got there, no queue. Stood waiting while Mo decided to put out 3 different kinds of muffins ahead of serving, while telling us someone will be with us without even looking at us. Lottie then comes out, and asks him who's serving 3 times - he blanks her. He tells Liz to go on break, she then opts to serve given the queue is then 7 deep - which just caused a backlog for hot drinks.

Coffee cappuccino not strong even thou they use 2 shots. Ask for extra hot again most times they take no notice. Need training Tried flat white no different. Only use thus place when we go walking. St Albans branch in the High St very good nice staff.
