Love this Pharmacy!! I switched from well pharmacy in London colney and the staff in st.albans chemist are so welcoming and pleasant, the selection on the floor also is amazing !

I wish I could give 0 starsAbsolutely horrendous service from the Asian/Indian lady. I went in to buy something and asked for some help, her responses were very grumpy and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking help.Shocking.

most of the staff here are decent, there is one middle aged lady, i believe she might be the manager, who is disgustingly rude and grumpy. I come to this pharmacy often and I can tell she just hates her job, patients, and anything to do with her workplace. I find her intimidating and have now changed to a different pharmacy as i no longer want to support a place which is managed by such an unpleasant person.

This is the very best pharmacy ever! I am on regular medication, as is my husband and my father in law. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Donna who manages ?the front of house? is always jolly and kind and when needed we talk to Manesh the pharmacist who is just lovely.If I could give them 6 ???s I would.

I have been supporting this local pharmacy during the Covid pandemic. I have been buying makeup, toiletries etc from there despite the grumpy lady who works there. I have been shouted at and bullied by her the last time I wanted to buy something after she made a mistake on my bill. This is really poor customer service. You don?t get to shout at patients even if you have been doing that job years. This is a pharmacy so dealing with sick people who may get worse if they are disrespected by grumpy unpleasant staff. Now found another pharmacy and never again this one. I have also redirected all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Majority of the staff are pleasant here, but had very rude response from a Gentleman called Mitesh, who wasn't very discreet regarding my requirement. I'll insist on dealing with the female members of staff in the future.
