They staff were busy when I arrived. I waited 5 mins before being acknowledged which I have no problem with as they were trying to sort out orders. Staff weren't rude and they were very professional. The gentleman with glasses helped me load the equipment in the car and explained how to use it. He answered all my questions... read full comment

Rude and unprofessionalWaited over 15 minutes without any acknowledgement then a staff member shouted "company" "company name". Then spoke to us like we should know our rental would not be available until after 11 o clock even though this was not mentioned on the phone or via email.
