Fantastic experience at the St. Albans store (as always).
Felix, Kuna, the optometrists and management were outstanding - so welcoming, helpful, patient and caring. Everyone went out of their way to help me. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience and I can?t wait to pick up my new glasses!

Had an amazing experience today! ? Big thank you to Lorraine for being so patient, and to Aliyah?such a professional and kind optometrist who explained everything so clearly (even with my prescription going up ?). She also took the time to talk me through myopia management, which was super helpful. Maha was a star, and Jasmin nailed the glasses adjustment. Grateful for such an incredible team! ??

My mum said Sheena Sharma, the optometrist, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Abi was a great help when choosing which glasses to go for and explaining the offer prices. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Scheduling the appointment 30minutes early and not being able to attend is very disappointing. I am not sure why it was scheduled at that time, if they made me wait for 30minutes

Awful service! I have been wearing contact lenses for over 20 years. I booked an appointment for another eye prescription as this is required every 2 years for ordering my lenses. I have been to another Specsaver branch in London and they provided me both glasses and contact lenses prescription at the same time. It was really shocked that contact lenses prescription would need a separate booking for this branch.
The lady scolded me very loudly it was my mistake not booking a contact lenses check up at the same time. How can I know the Specsaver branches work differently. This should be my last visit to any Specsaver.
