I popped in a few days ago and was served by the lovely Rhianna! She was calm and patient, really knows her stuff too and served me with a wonderful beaming smile on her face! Just wanted to say thank you, shopping can be quite daunting for me sometimes so it was very refreshing. I left with not only a pair of shoes but also a smile of my own and so I just wanted to share my gratitude! Wish you all well & good luck with the Christmas period!

I absolutely love coming here! Not only are the staff so friendly but since Annie has been manager I believe the working climate has improved greatly. I have also heard great things from other people who shop there. They always help you with your questions, even if you have no idea about what shoe size you need - and they go out of their way to check the back, measure your feet, and sell you extras you might need. I prefer going here than the other shoe shops in St Albans ?
