Difficult to know how good the bank is as they are only open at completely useless times. Go to Metro Bank instead.

i was standing at the cash point where you take your money out at the wall and the gnome people who live inside and normally hand you your money out when you say the magic password were not there and i couldnt get any money out and it was my friends birthday and i couldnt get them a fishing rod which i promised them i would and when i got a taxi back later i had to pay with my card so it was okay

Terrible bank, staff unhelpful my mum is housebound but staff say need power ofattorney to access account but when I contacted customer service they said can do bank transfer, also used cash point inside bank it took card in front of staff they said can open machine but can't give card back have to contact customer services and wait over week for new one

Hopeless lot, tried to get a new cheque book sent for my 95 yr old mum in law, not a chance, told to get power of attorney, jokers, for someone terminally ill, and shielding, it was a pathetic response, wouldn't give them any praise for banking, or assistance?

I've been banking with them for over 20 years, never had a problem. Friendly staff. Good service and you can use the outside cash machine to deposit money in 24/7. Santander simply the best

It is so hard to deal with them, i have been there to change my OTP mobile number, the have checked my passport etc etc and changed, week after i realised the old mobile number still on the OTP, i went back for the second time they checked and apologised and said now is all good, your new mobile number is linked to you OTP, well guess what ? trying to pay some bills on line and OTP messages going trough my old mobile number, Im not able to pay it, called the costumer service, they cant help me, so again i will have to go and take a "bet" maybe this time works or maybe not. Thanks guys to keep wasting my time.

Unhelpful, can't change what type of account you have over the counter. Appointment wait time is 1 to 2 weeks, so am forced to phone Santander which I'm always put on hold and have to go through a load of automated systems. Tempted to move to Barclays at this rate!!
