Refused to serve at post office counter a saying it was closed. He said he was unable to change Google Maps from 9pm to 8pm so I offered to suggest an edit.On the way back to the car we realized it still wasn't 8 yet and went back! He was serving customers from the shop but didn't want to serve us making it feel like he was preferring the other customers to us.Rude to us throughout, but giving an extra star for how he was interacting with customers who spoke in sign.

Sadly the poor service is largely down to the Post Office and non availability of their systems. A once great institution at rock bottom. Rowland Hill turning in his grave.

The man serving behind the post office counter refused to serve my 93 year old mother when she asked for some stamps and tried pay with a £20 note, it had taken her over half an hour to walk there and left empty handed. This isn?t an isolated incident either, he has been downright rude obstructive and unhelpful before to my mother and her neighbours . I can?t understand how he can get away with his disgusting treatment of customers, how would he feel if his mother was spoken to like that would he put up with it?

On the way to collect my son from school.I thought that's Handy post office nearby so I went in to pay my rent with my rent card.The card wasn't swiping I told the man you can type the numbers in on the front of the card.He said "No we do not do that.so ridiculous(fleetville post office always tap the numbers in for me.)I know this can be done because I do it on the self serve section at the Post office in town myself!! Terrible service!!

always tries to overcharge for sending a letter in jiffy envolope by stating it requires 2 first class stamps. then when you insist he puts it through the guide, it shows the it only needs 1 first class stamp.today they had no 1st class stamps, so had to walk to town.last time i visited they had no recorded mail forms, so i had to walk to town.luckily for this postmaster, royalmail opened beech rd post office in the petrol garage. thats the only reason this is not the crappest most 3rd world post office in st albans.

They only take small parcels, they told me to go to the main post office, but i went to Marshalswick post office no problem.Very poor service from this place.
