I want to thank the staff and security team for their quick and brave response during an attempted robbery I witnessed today. They acted with great courage and teamwork, staying organised and taking action when many might hesitate. Their professionalism made me feel safe as a customer, and they truly deserve recognition.

Well done Sainsburys, you've made the whole experience a bit more difficult. Since I last visited every single product has moved, so now you have hundreds of annoyed and confused looking people wandering around unable to find what they want, and the staff are none the wiser either. You've also halved the amount of tills available and replaced them with self service points, which I will not use. Oh and moved the customer service desk as well. Great job, it's almost as if you don't want to sell anything !!

Full service supermarket. Enough gluten free food to be useful. Petrol station on site, not yet any electric chargers. Cafe in supermarket, ok, not great.
