Came to return an online purchase last sunday. Met by 2 female staff members who were both so friendly, helpful and worked really fast to handle the return process. I can't remember their names otherwise i would have mentioned by name. Would definitely come again

What a rubbish company, it took ages for anyone to answer the phone, someone answered after 3 attempts but I couldn?t understand a word they said, I?ll get what I want somewhere else.

Amazing staff, especially an employee named Scott. He is such a lovely person who went quite out of his way to assist me with a query I had on buying a light bulb. Overall, the staff have always been very helpful & friendly.

Just been in this shop, asked about an item was asked to wait upstairs for a member of staff, waited about 10 minutes went back down stairs and the man behind the till was so rude his name was Graham. I decided to leave. Very rude.

Dec23: always helpful and dealt with expeditiously.Also allowed me to park in their car park to make return. Because courier didn't collect full returnStaff didn't shirk responsibility and made efforts to ensure my query was dealt with.Always had this experience and they have such a wide range of products too.Good quality.

Extremely poor customer service in store, staff prefer to chat amongst themselves or drink coffee rather than help customers, no sense of urgency in resolving a customer issue. We waited 20 minutes and still the person we needed to see did not appear. We were just told to ring customer service, even though the issue could have been resolved in store. Will not be shopping there again

I?m a regular and loyal shopper in this store and had received a flyer through my door regarding offers which I went to check out. I?m a banker and has rushed to catch the store before closing and caught it just 10-15 mins before closure. I met a friendly man who helped me a large item I saw and wanted and went to check out the promotional items to see what I could purchase. First the friendly guy came down the isle to remind me they?re closing, then within less than 1 mins a dark skinned guy came to remind me and had to let me know he started at 7 so it?s s long day and they?re closing the tills. When I got to tills s young man standing there I?d asked about batteries to fit a flash light I?d bought from the store and he said he didn?t know what batteries fit even though I showed him the exact same flash light so he could check. When he said he didn?t know I checked with him again that same dark skinned guy was standing next to him and said ?if he said he doesn?t know then he doesn?t know!? He was well RUDE!! I had several items now to purchase and I have especially one member of staff who seemed my business wasn?t welcomed! I?ve night several items and like I said a regular and loyal shopper in this store and NEVER have experienced such RUDENESS!! Maybe some training is required?. If he continues the store will lose customers no doubt as I will not continue to shop here when he comes across rude unfriendly and inept! Please sort this out as it?s bad for business thank you. Oh by the way I?m a vulnerable, with disabilities and ethnic minority
