Very mixed experience with this firm when we used them to care for a relative. They started out well, introduced the nurse to the relative and and for the first 6 months all seemed fine. Then they started changing the regular nurse for a group of nurses and standards of care dropped. Requests to the office staff to rectify the situation were met with rudeness and hostility and when we started to ask awkward questions they cancelled the care package. I would not recommend this home care organisation to anyone.
