I’ve been a huge fan of Pret, until I went to St Albans. I bought a sandwich and a latte to have in. Sandwich lovely as usual. I got served my latte in a paper cup. I expressed that I was eating in and would like a proper cup. They then just dumped the coffee from the paper cup into the china cup, spilling it all over...

I never had a disgusting matcha in my life, im thinking the powder is old or very low quality!I’m drinking matcha for years now and i had a brilliant idea to go to pret! Never again! I don’t know how people spend their money every day in places like this!
