I've been sending parcels for many months now always the same size same weight. Today I sent one in the morning all fine but in the afternoon the very same size and weight box suddenly wasn't good. Obviously the lady had some personal issues at home which she brought to work and put on me just to feel better. She definitely wanted to practise her 'power' over me. It was disgusting.

I was very mistreated by the man and woman who were there. The man was very rude, uneducated, unprofessional. I had to go back on the second day, then it was worse and he treated me with sarcasm and said it was closed for now. A person arrived, who looked like they already knew each other, seemed to be of the same nationality as them. She was treated very well. When it was my turn, he became completely rude and aggressive towards me... Would it be possible if I were of the same nationality as theirs, or white, would I have received different treatment?

The worse service and worse people to ever come through..only the asian lady is nice other than that all are rubbish..no way to talk..no smile on the face..no manners to serve..arrogant people..I would say if you want to do something do it properly or leave it..the worse people ever..

I go to this post office regularly and it's outstanding. The service is always really fast, no need for small talk and have sent many packages to USA with no hitches at all. Highly recommendable.

This post office is run by the nicest family who are always so friendly and helpful. Their service is professional and of a high standard and they greet you with a smile, even when you arrive with 30 parcels! The shop is always so clean and well stocked. I can?t recommend them highly enough.

I rang to ask a question about my delivery and a man just shouted at me and hung up, very confused as I was very polite and just had a question about my tracking. I live so close to this post office but I wonâ??t go there again.

I use this post office daily, either to post or collect the parcels, the staff are very helpful, I have been coming here for 3 years now and could not fault the service. I wish more local businesses were as friendly and helpful as this.

Excellent service at this Post office. The staff are always very friendly and courteous even when they are dealing with many customers and are under pressure. The service is extremely efficient and accurate. As a small business I have to post a lot of letters and parcels and whilst there are other post offices nearer to me, I willingly go out of my way to use this Post Office - it's so nice to see happy, friendly, smiling faces !

Have been here many times and served by a postlady, no problems whatsoever. However served by a young man this week who was extremely unhelpful and has changed my opinion of this post office.
