I went into Phase Eight in St Albuns ON Monday to browse and
ended up buying a jumpsuit which I would never have tried on before Michelle recommended it to me. I was so happy with the jumpsuit and the service I received from Michelle.

Great service from Devi at St Albans. I don't like shopping and usually come away empty handed. When she offered help, I accepted. She quickly directed to a pair of trousers fitting my vague brief, and correctly guessed my size. They were just right, fit perfectly and I bought two pairs!

Wandered into Phase Eight just about despairing of ever finding a bridesmaid dress to fit a certain (quite specific) criteria for a wedding that is now right around the corner. My husband asked the lovely staff if they could help us and I rolled my eyes at him thinking this was a wild goose chase... and then the staff proceeded to tell me where else in town I could look, plus find me an amazing option tucked at the back of the shop. Special mention to Devi who might be an actual real life fairy godmother - thanks to her I will go to the ball (well, wedding!) feeling like a princess in a dress I didn't think could possibly exist.Truly one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Thank you so much to Devi and to Phase Eight!

I went in and was really loved all the new collection. Devi that worked there was so helpful and organised for a pair of trousers to be delivered to my house as they didn't have size. She was so warm, friendly and professional!

I went into Phase Eight to look for a dress for a trip to Ascot, I left with my whole outfit sorted (which I had envisioned needing me to visit several shops). I needed shoes and a bag to complete a wedding outfit. Devi was extremely helpful and even went across to Hobbs to bring the dress that I had bought previously so that I could colour coordinate the shoes and bag. They did not have the shoes and bag in store so she ordered them online to be delivered to my house.

I visited Phase 8 in St Albans today for a personal shopping experience with Devi. I have to say I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and care. I was looking for an outfit for my son's wedding. I was thrilled with the choices she suggested and surprised by how many I liked. She was really helpful ad I would definitely return there if needed in the future.
