James (apologies if I have spelt the name wrong), who was very efficient and helped us to sort out the logistics of purchasing our pet and Courtney, who was incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us to, not only, understand what was best to buy but also what we would need when caring for them day to day. Could not recommend them enough and will use them again.”
