I ordered online flowers for my sick colleague. The website is user friendly and it was easy to place an order. I placed the order on Friday afternoon, on Saturday morning the florist send me a confirmation about delivery and a picture of the flowers. The picture matched the picture online. I definitely would use this florist again.

Have continued to use Perfect Moment since they moved from the Quadrant. Have always delivered on time, usually same day, to St Albans .Have been my 'go to' florists for a number of years and the latest creation, to cover a welcome home/anniversary was one of the best ever. I ordered flowers on-line from Perfect Moment Flowers for a friend experiencing a time of bereavement. I'm living overseas, and was concerned about the time differences: that the flowers would arrive at an appropriate time for my friend.The staff person who responded to my order was efficient and sensitive to my requests, and sent a photo of the bouquet and confirmation when it was received by my friend. The photo was an extra-special touch I really appreciated; being able to see the pretty flowers sent to cheer my friend made my day.I would definitely use this florist again.

The flowers I requested for my Mums funeral recently were beautiful (see below) the whole process was stress free and Samantha was very kind and helpful. My daughter and sons were also very happy with the nan wreath that they ordered. I highly recommend this florist.

This is the first time I have used Perfect Moment Florist. My friend lives in the area and I wanted to send some flowers for her 50th Birthday. The lady that answered the phone was warm and friendly and listened to what I wanted and made it a straight forward process. The flowers and balloon was delivered on time on my friends Birthday and they was gorgeous. My friend was over the moon and made her day very special. Really enjoyed the Christmas wreath making class. Lovely welcoming atmosphere and great guidance/materials given to leave with a stunning personalised wreath. The mulled wine was a lovely touch too :)

Not being familiar with Welwyn Gardens, I rung Perfect Moment Florist to order an orchid, instead of ordering online . I?m so pleased I did. Samantha was so lovely. She was very helpful looking up the post code, converting the pounds to Australian dollars, so that I knew exactly what I was spending and did not rush me with my choices. I really felt at ease.The flowers arrived safely at their destination and were well received. Samantha also sent me an email with a photo of the orchid.Great service. Great people skills.
