Quality pizza

I've ordered many times from here and used to be great. The last 3 orders have consistently made my family and I sick. I've ordered the same pizzas as well and once or twice I could've attributed to something else and the 3rd time was the test, which they've failed. Something's up with their hygiene practices as the pizzas and the toppings tasted fine.

Hopeless and pathetic St Albans papa johns - after waiting for one full hour they deliver half the order and it was stone cold.
After trying repeatedly someone answered and they don?t know whereabouts the other half order.
Guys must pls close the delivery outlet if they can't deliver to high standards. This is the second worst experience of getting a partial delivery and very cold pizza

Longer than expected. Said it was delivered but actually got delivered 10 minutes later. I was calling and no answer. Once I had the food some of it was overdone and some of it was inaccurate. I didn?t get everything I paid for. Part of it wasn?t hot. Threw part of it out. Called a few more times but no answer. They don?t care. Even the delivery guy provided a poor service once at my door. Shocking. Don?t waste your money or time guys. This place doesn?t care at all. Worst customer service I can?t recall. Even worse? I was lured in by a deal that didn?t even exist.
Update following day: I?m ill? only thing I ate before now is the pizza? don?t order from here. Don?t even care to pick up so can?t comment on any action taken.

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I?m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it?s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can?t do anything to help and it?s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ?customer service? from this man who is supposed to be a manager.

Bbq base was too off, and they splashed he bbq sauce all over my wings. It was not too much.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni on it tonight and the three people who split it all fell ill with food poisoning after about 2 hrs after eating it. Called up to complain and not even an apology or acknowledgement received from the staff member, who seemed to be clueless about how to handle this. Never ordering from here again.

I have been ordering from papa johns for many years at least 4 to 5 times a week and spending £35 every time I order but after I saw they are supporting Israel agents Palestine and humanity I will never ever go back.

I've only collected from here, but on the handful of occasions that I have, I've never had a problem with the food or service.
There's not really an atmosphere as the staff are busy making orders, but they've always been polite when serving me.
The pizza isn't the best pizza that I've had, but it is better than other local places.
Parking: There's a bit of parking down the side of the shop, or you can get a spot out on the street if it's not during school run hours or rush hour.

Terrible. Do not order from this restaurant, if that?s what you can call it. I would give this place a 0 if I could. Food took over 2 hours to be delivered (I live 3 minutes from the place), turned up cold and tasted like s**t. I would never order from this place, please don?t waste your money like I did.

Ignore the bad reviews, Iv been collecting the same pizza here almost weekly for nearly a year and it?s always consistent and a bonus is you get it dirt cheap if you collect.
