The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, helpful, and patient, always goes the extra mile to help in every way, including phoning to check details if necessary. The staff is also excellent. Super home delivery service too. Highly recommended. I've been using them regularly with repeat presciptions for nearly 3 years and never had any cause to complain, in fact the complete opposite, I have the highest praise for them.

I went in for a prescription that had been emailed from the doctor. Which was promptly done. Also I asked if there were any flu vaccinations and had it done 5 minutes later. Support your local shops. A very good service. ?

Extremely satisfied with the service I and my wife have received over the years. Informative, knowledgeable, caring. Very helpful during this terrible Covid period, when pharmacists have in many cases replaced Surgery doctors with advice and help. Recommended to all my friends

This is a pharmacist who really cares! He is so careful to ask your symptoms and describe the medication before handing over. Makes the effort to hold the door open and very friendly. More knowledagable than in other places. A great local business!

I find the Normandy Road Pharmacy to be excellent. The service during this pandemic is really good when it is so difficult to contact your GP. They are always polite and efficient and can thoroughly recommend them.

Don't use this pharmacy. I spoke to the pharmacist to get some advice about taking a herbal remedy along side my usual meds. I was given incorrect info and as a result ended up very poorly. I then put in a complaint which was ignored for a long time but when I finally did get a response no responsibility was taken at all. I didn't even get an apology
